Rental terms and conditions

1. Driver. The vehicle may only be driven by the driver(s) named in this contract, holding a valid driving licence for at least 2 years.

2. Use. The vehicle must not be used for paid passenger transport, racing, towing, off-road driving or leaving Morocco without written consent.

3. Fuel and mileage. The vehicle is delivered with a fuel level that must be returned identical; missing fuel is charged. Mileage is unlimited unless stated otherwise.

4. Security deposit. A refundable security deposit is taken at pick-up and released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

5. Insurance. Third-party insurance is included. Damage to the vehicle is covered within the excess shown at pick-up unless full insurance was purchased. Negligence, driving under the influence and unauthorised drivers are never covered.

6. Accidents and theft. Any accident, damage or theft must be reported to the company immediately and to the police within 24 hours (constat amiable or police report).

7. Fines. Traffic fines, tolls and parking charges during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

8. Return. Late return beyond 1 hour is charged as an extra day. Cancellation and refund of the online deposit follow the conditions shown on the website.

9. The balance of the rental is paid at pick-up. This contract is completed and signed by both parties at pick-up.
